Starlight Warriors
Using the original clans and the old forest territory this RP features four unique superpowers each correlating with their own clan. Riverclan can see the future reflecting back at them in the river, Windclan can interact with the spirits of their deceased clanmates, Shadowclan cats spirits are able to leave their body at will, and Thunderclan is incredibly persuasive. We have also implemented unique cultural aspects to each clan including festivals, traditions, ghost stories, and social climates.12 moons before the RP started there was a horrific war brought on by Thunderclan's former tyrannical leader, Heatherstar, who hoped to exploit and control the clans powers for his own personal gain. Though he is long defeated clans are still scrambling to regain some semblance of normality but Shadowclan has cut contact with their neighbors seemingly for good, Windclan is deeply broken from the tragedy they faced during the war, and the echos of Heatherstar's ideology can still be heard in the cats of Riverclan and Thunderclan. The only thing that's certain is that far too much has been left unsaid.We are a lively and welcoming community with a trustworthy staff team and many opportunities for your characters. We do our best to make all over-arching plots accessible to all members, so one of your cats could be the a hero (or villian!) of a story. We try to be as inclusive and understanding as possible, everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts and feeling regarding server changes and what-not as long as it's respectful.
Getting Started
Don't worry, you don't have to read everything on this card! You'll learn from other players as you go, and you can always ask questions, but it'll be here for reference!To get started please message a member of Starclan (our staff team) and request to be tested! They'll ask you general rules about canon Warrior Cats, by joining you are also agreeing to our rules. Once you're in choose a clan you want to make a character in first and read about their culture in the clan culture guide and their powers in the powers guide, you can also read up on the history of the whole clans. Once you're done you can go to the #character-format channel in the characters section of our discord and then post the character in #submissions! Staff will look it over and let you know if anything needs to be changed before it's approved, we'll try and give you suggestions if anything needs changing, but you never have to do them, we'll just do our best to be helpful. After approval, you can post them in the character channel under their clan or alignment (kittypet, loner) and start RPing!
